Merstat operates an independent integrity line for raising concerns about fraud, corruption, harassment, discrimination, safeguarding failures, or other misconduct.

How to report

Email contact@merstat.org with the subject "Integrity". Your report is received by the Director and treated as confidential.

What happens next

1. You receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days.
2. The Director reviews the report and decides on next steps.
3. If an investigation is needed, an independent investigator is appointed.
4. You are updated on outcome (subject to confidentiality).

Whistleblower protection

Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is a serious breach of policy and will result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. We support and protect whistleblowers.
