Our commitment

Merstat Development Limited is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. This statement is made pursuant to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent legislation.

Our policies

• Code of conduct that prohibits forced or child labour, debt bondage, and trafficking.
• Recruitment checks that verify identity, right to work, and that no fees are charged to candidates.
• Subcontractor due diligence that includes a slavery and trafficking questionnaire.
• Independent integrity line for reporting concerns.

Our suppliers

We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with the same standards. We do not knowingly do business with any organisation that fails to comply.
